Weβre looking for a data-driven and curious Marketing Analyst / Market Research Analyst to help us understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and supporting strategic marketing decisions in a remote-first environment.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (digital, social, email, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Gather and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize strategies
- Monitor industry trends and provide competitive analysis
- Design and analyze surveys, user studies, and market reports

Requirements
- 0β4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
