About the role:

The Website Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's global website and regional market sites. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot to oversee website operations, content updates, campaign landing pages, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines technical skill, UX acumen, and data-driven insight to ensure the company's web presence effectively supports global marketing and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Manage the global corporate website and seven regional websites, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Oversee all web content updates, new page development, and quality assurance (QA) testing.
  • Build and optimize campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
  • Pro-actively make recommendations for SEO & AEO optimizations, lead capture forms, and conversion workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance the CMS and website platform (HubSpot) to ensure peak performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Track and analyze website analytics using HubSpot and other tools to identify traffic trends and conversion opportunities.
  • Measure and evaluate sources of traffic to inform strategy and channel investment.
  • Design, test, and deploy A/B experiments through HubSpot to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate global and regional content publishing, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing multi-site web environments within HubSpot CMS.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot website management, workflows, analytics, and optimization tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and web usability principles.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience using HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, and related digital performance tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams, external agencies & partners, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing global, multi-language websites
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end web development concepts.
  • Background in B2B digital marketing or demand generation in a SaaS environment
