Product Manager, Platform Operations (Artist & Fan Growth)
Ribo Music is building a bold, artist-first platform that helps new artists launch, grow, and monetize their music. We’re seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own artist onboarding, growth strategy, and platform operations. You’ll bridge product, marketing, and partnerships to deliver a seamless, empowering experience for artists while driving measurable business value.
You’ll be:
- Owning the end-to-end artist experience, from first touch through onboarding, creation, distribution, and monetization
- Being the primary steward of artist UX, ensuring onboarding, workflows, and product interactions are intuitive and aligned with artist's needs
- Translating qualitative feedback and behavioral insights into clear product decisions, collaborating with design and engineering to improve experience quality, growth, and revenue
What you’ll do:
- Define and execute artist growth and onboarding strategies that drive strong conversion and early value
- Design tiered programs (Free, Pro, Premium) to expand access to features and monetization opportunities
- Build and optimize referral, activation, and lifecycle campaigns to accelerate platform adoption
- Lead platform operations, including onboarding flows, support processes, and artist lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to enhance UI/UX, analytics, and overall artist experience
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant management of artist data and content
- Streamline artist sourcing, onboarding, and partnership programs to foster sustainable growth
- Create engaging artist resources—guides, tutorials, and webinars, to support success on the platform
- Partner with Marketing to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with emerging artists
- Define and track key performance metrics for growth, engagement, and revenue to inform product and pricing strategies
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, artist relations, or platform operations within music, media, or creator-tech environments
- Proven track record designing onboarding programs and scalable growth campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in dashboards, A/B testing, experimentation, and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on startup setting with evolving priorities
- Practical IT and software background (such as software development, systems administration, or IT operations) and ease of working with technical teams
- Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, supportive environments for artists and teammates from diverse backgrounds
