OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We're seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our organic LinkedIn marketing efforts and manage relationships with our PR and paid advertising agencies. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment.
Our marketing team serves as the digital hub for the entire LQA group of brands, operating as a full-service marketing engine that adapts to the evolving needs of our business. We maintain a responsive approach to continuous and evolving brand, communication, and digital needs across the LQA group. Rather than waiting for perfect conditions or complete information, we prioritise progress and iterative improvement, empowering team members to make autonomous decisions that keep momentum moving forward.
