Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to build and deploy a web application based on finalized UI/UX designs. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently handle both frontend and backend development, implement secure system architecture, and deliver on schedule..

Key Responsibilities

• Convert finalized UI/UX designs into a fully responsive and functional web application.
• Develop and maintain the frontend and backend using modern development frameworks.
• Implement secure user authentication, authorization, and role-based access.
• Integrate a subscription system and payment gateway.
• Implement structured content modules using existing video, audio, text, and quiz materials.
• Build user progress tracking, reporting features, and a user dashboard.
• Develop a streamlined CMS/Admin panel for initial content upload with minimal ongoing updates.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and database architecture.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and scalability.
• Deploy the platform on cloud hosting such as AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and Design Team throughout development.

Qualifications

Must-Have :

• Ability to provide input, feedback, and technical recommendations throughout the project.
• Ability to work independently and report progress clearly.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with end-to-end project execution.
• Proficiency in one of the modern fullstack stacks:
• MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), or Next.js + Node.js, or Laravel + React/Vue, or Django + React/Vue

Experience with:

• Authentication & authorization systems
• Payment gateway integration
• REST API development
• Cloud deployment
• SQL or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of secure coding, scalable architecture, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with subscription-based systems
• Experience handling multimedia content
• Familiarity with analytics implementation
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience working in agile environments
