About The Role
As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will architect and lead a best-in-class analytics function that empowers the business to make courageous, insight-driven decisions. You will help steer the company’s direction by translating complex data into actionable insights and foresight, influencing executives with truth well-told, and building the infrastructure that allows analytics to be a competitive advantage.
This is a high-impact leadership role that requires sharp analytical horsepower, strong executive presence, and the ability to both challenge and align cross-functional leaders. Your work will not only inform near-term marketing investments but also illuminate long-term growth paths for Lovesac as we continue to scale. This role reports into FP&A and is matrixed into Consumer Insights (Marketing).
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire with Data-Driven Foresight
Analytics that Drive Growth
Own the design and implementation of marketing measurement frameworks including:
Multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling.
Customer acquisition and retention analysis.
Campaign and channel ROI.
New product forecasting and volume modeling.
Partner with your home function of FP&A to align forecasts with financial outcomes and investment strategies.
Translate data into storytelling that moves executive decision-making.
