We need someone in India who understands tech products, knows how growth actually works, and can single-handedly take Tsenta from early traction to its next phase.

The Role

You are the entire growth marketing function. No team to manage. No playbook to follow. No agency to babysit.

  • You build every acquisition channel from scratch
  • You run every campaign yourself
  • You track every metric daily
  • You report directly to both founders

This is not a delegation role. This is for someone who has personally written the posts, edited the videos, launched the ads, and watched the numbers move because of their own work.

What You Will Own

šŸŽ¬ Short-Form Video Content

  • Find, brief, and manage UGC creators
  • Negotiate pricing and content deals
  • Turn best-performing organic TikToks and Reels into paid Spark Ads and Meta Dark Posts
  • You decide what gets boosted and what gets killed

šŸ’¬ Reddit as a Growth Channel

  • Write authentic posts in r/cscareerquestions, r/OPT, r/F1Visa, and similar communities
  • Set up keyword monitoring and respond fast
  • Lead with value. Never sound like a marketer

šŸ¤ Affiliate Program (Built From Zero)

  • Recruit SEO bloggers ranking for "best job application tools," "LazyApply alternative," etc.
  • Recruit LinkedIn and YouTube creators who speak to CS students
  • Set up tracking via Rewardful
  • Negotiate 20% to 35% commission tiers
  • Focus on the top 20% of partners who actually drive signups

šŸŽ“ Campus Ambassador Network

  • Recruit 20 to 50 student reps at US universities with large international student populations
  • Create their toolkit: Discord posts, WhatsApp messages, email templates, demo videos
  • Run weekly calls and build a leaderboard with real incentives

  • Run Meta Ads and TikTok Ads using only content that already went viral organically

āœ… You write like a real person. Your Reddit posts do not get flagged. Your copy does not read like a template. You can DM a college student and cold email a YouTube creator in the same hour.

āœ… You are ruthlessly data-driven. You set cost thresholds, check them every day, and reallocate without emotion. Every channel earns its budget or loses it.

āœ… You understand the audience. You know what an F-1 visa is. You understand why international students apply to 200+ jobs per cycle. You get why privacy and on-device processing matter.

āœ… You are a self-starter. No one needs to remind you what to do next. You see a gap, you fill it. You treat the company's budget like your own money.

āœ… You understand the tech product ecosystem. You know how desktop apps work, what an ATS is, and you are comfortable with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and affiliate dashboards.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing a desktop app (understanding the mobile discovery to desktop download challenge)
  • Experience setting up Rewardful, PartnerStack, or a similar affiliate platform from scratch
  • A personal following on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or TikTok. Or experience building one for a brand
  • Experience working with UGC creators or influencer relationships at scale
  • Familiarity with the US university system, international student communities, or the job search space
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS and comfort with analytics tools
