Tsenta is a YC-backed desktop app that automates job applications for students and job seekers in the US.
We need someone in India who understands tech products, knows how growth actually works, and can single-handedly take Tsenta from early traction to its next phase.
The Role
You are the entire growth marketing function. No team to manage. No playbook to follow. No agency to babysit.
This is not a delegation role. This is for someone who has personally written the posts, edited the videos, launched the ads, and watched the numbers move because of their own work.

What We Are Looking For
ā You have grown a product from near-zero before. Not by managing people. By doing the work yourself.
ā You think in funnels, not campaigns. You understand the full path from first impression to paid conversion and you obsess over where people drop off.
ā You write like a real person. Your Reddit posts do not get flagged. Your copy does not read like a template. You can DM a college student and cold email a YouTube creator in the same hour.
ā You are ruthlessly data-driven. You set cost thresholds, check them every day, and reallocate without emotion. Every channel earns its budget or loses it.
ā You understand the audience. You know what an F-1 visa is. You understand why international students apply to 200+ jobs per cycle. You get why privacy and on-device processing matter.
ā You are a self-starter. No one needs to remind you what to do next. You see a gap, you fill it. You treat the company's budget like your own money.
ā You understand the tech product ecosystem. You know how desktop apps work, what an ATS is, and you are comfortable with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and affiliate dashboards.
