We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate the Lotus Sustainables brand across every channel. You’ll lead the strategy, creative direction, and execution of marketing initiatives spanning product launches, digital campaigns, and community activations. This is a rare opportunity to blend brand-building creativity with purpose-driven impact, shaping how millions of people interact with a more sustainable way of living.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Campaign Strategy
· Lead integrated marketing strategies for branded and private-label lines, aligning with growth goals and brand purpose.
· Plan and manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and community events.
· Track sustainability and bag-ban trends, turning insights into compelling marketing opportunities.
· Leverage AI and digital tools to elevate content creation, analytics, and campaign performance.
Creative Direction & Content
· Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistent, elegant identity across digital platforms, packaging, and retail materials.
· Oversee design standards, packaging, photoshoots, video production, and customer-facing assets.
· Create and direct social-first content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) that engages and inspires.
· Use Canva and creative platforms to deliver fast, polished, on-brand assets.
Team & Partnerships
· Manage in-house creative resources and external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies).
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Amazon teams to drive cohesive launches.
· Represent Lotus at trade shows, B Corp events, and sustainability activations.
Digital & Community Engagement
· Drive social media growth and engagement with platform-specific strategies.
· Build content calendars that amplify campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
· Lead email campaigns, newsletters, and website content updates.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s welcome but not required).
· 5–7 years of marketing experience, including leadership or brand management responsibilities.
· Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, sustainability, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Skills & Expertise
· Advanced Canva and strong design aesthetic; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
· Proficiency with social media management (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
· Skilled in email platforms (Klaviyo) and CMS tools (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
· Comfortable with AI-powered tools for content, research, and optimization.
· Strong project management: able to switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
