As we expand our sales team, we’re looking for seasoned Sales Mentors who have successfully sold digital marketing services and can coach our next generation of sales professionals.
Role Overview
As a Sales Mentor, you’ll guide and train our sales reps to effectively pitch, position, and close digital marketing solutions for SMBs. You’ll share proven techniques, coach live deals, and ensure our sales team hits targets with confidence and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach sales representatives in selling digital marketing solutions (SEO, paid ads, social, automation, email, etc.).
- Develop sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and call frameworks.
- Conduct live coaching sessions, call reviews, and role-plays to improve pitch delivery.
- Share real-world insights from your own experience selling to SMBs.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and training materials.
- Help reps identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close more deals.
- Track performance improvements and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in digital marketing services (agency, SaaS, or consulting).
- Demonstrated success in selling to SMB clients in the US market.
- Strong mentoring, training, or leadership experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a motivational style.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing offerings (PPC, SEO, email, automation, social).
- Ability to work flexible US hours when needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building or scaling sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling.
