We’re hiring a full-stack performance marketing strategist — someone who lives and breathes results, owns both sales and delivery, and understands that every dollar spent by a small business owner is sacred.

At Simplia, we deploy advanced AI to help local businesses dominate their zip codes. From plumbers to remodeling contractors, doctors to gym owners — we help them turn into local brands using high-performance marketing strategies powered by precision data, automation, and creativity.

You will manage $50K–$100K/month in ad spend across multiple clients and be directly responsible for 10X–20X ROI. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, creative strategy, media buying, upselling, client trust, AI tools, and competitive intelligence.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end client relationships (sales, onboarding, campaign planning, results, upsells)
• Build AI-powered growth strategies tailored for each SMB client
• Create performance funnels across Google, Meta, GMB, LSA, email, and retargeting
• Manage $50K–$100K monthly budgets with ROI tracking, dashboarding, and daily actions
• Audit landing pages, fix poor CPLs, optimize CAC-to-LTV ratios in real time
• Report with clarity, confidence, and credibility — always with numbers, not fluff
• Identify upsell opportunities and turn short-term wins into long-term retainers

🧠 Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in performance marketing (preferably for SMBs in the U.S.)
• Proven track record of handling $50K+ monthly budgets with 10X+ ROI
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB, email sequences, and funnel optimization
• Strong grasp of attribution, retargeting, UTM mapping, and local SEO
• Comfortable working directly with clients — and owning both praise and pressure
• Bonus: Experience using AI tools like Jasper, Surfer, GoHighLevel, AdCreative, Wicked Reports
