Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute lead generation-focused email marketing campaigns.
• Segment and manage contact lists to target relevant audiences with personalized messaging.
• Craft compelling subject lines and CTAs to drive high open and click-through rates.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B tests to identify what content resonates best with different segments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals and track lead quality.
• Manage email platforms and ensure high deliverability rates and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR (as applicable).
• Stay on top of trends and tools in email marketing and lead generation best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, especially with a focus on lead generation.
• Prior experience working with US/North American clients is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of email metrics and conversion tracking.
