Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in driving performance marketing campaigns, particularly Google Ads (Performance Max), for SMBs across North America.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from working with Google Operations Center (gTech Ads) or similar high-impact environments, and demonstrate a strong track record of generating high-quality leads, optimizing ROAS, and scaling revenue for SMB clients.
This is a senior-level role that demands not just execution, but strategic thinking, leadership, and ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads Performance Max campaigns with a performance-first mindset.
- Drive measurable results — real leads, real ROAS, and real revenue growth.
- Target local and regional SMBs across the USA with tailored strategies.
- Apply a test-and-scale approach — build hypotheses, validate through data, and rapidly scale winning campaigns.
- Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
- Own campaign performance — take full responsibility for achieving lead generation and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns, landing page optimization, and business objectives.
You Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience working with Google Operations Center (gTech Ads) or equivalent high-performance ad operations teams.
- Proven track record of delivering 3X+ ROAS and scaling SMB-focused campaigns across North America.
- Strong understanding of SMB segments, customer behavior, and local/regional targeting strategies.
- Advanced expertise in conversion tracking, audience signal development, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
- Solid background in lead generation, ROI/ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
- Google Ads Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency, and ownership-driven mindset.
