Job Description:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience configuring contingent workforce tooling (VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass) in addition to core Workday HCM administration.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting core features within contingent workforce tooling with deep understanding of downstream impacts throughout the system and Workday
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce programs, contracts, and policies
- Strong understanding of core Workday HCM related to worker lifecycle processes and organizational structures
- Experience with managing security group permissions with ability to independently research and troubleshoot issues
- Basic to intermediate experience creating custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience maintaining data connectors and basic integrations between contingent workforce tooling, Workday, and other internal systems
- Understanding of SOX controls and change management processes
- Prior knowledge and experience working in sprints and following agile methodology is helpful
- Strong work ethic and accountability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the system administrator for VNDLY, including the configuration of core system enhancements, troubleshooting workflows and integrations, and monitoring day-to-day system performance.
- Audit data in both VNDLY and Workday to ensure contingent workforce data is aligned between the two systems
- Develop reporting requests in VNDLY for internal stakeholders
- Monitor and plan for feature releases in both VNDLY and Workday that impact our contingent workforce processes
- Lead user acceptance testing and support internal change management efforts
- Develop and maintain user guides for employees, managers, and internal process owners
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and CorpEng to troubleshoot errors, identify root causes, and plan remediation
Adhere to change management controls by documenting work, rigorously testing, and planning deployments in conjunction with other key dependencies
Build productive internal/external working relationships
