Role Description:
We are looking for an Executive Marketing Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO of a fast-paced marketing and business development agency. This is a hybrid role that combines high-level executive assistance with day-to-day involvement in marketing tasks and projects.
Your main responsibilities will include managing communication channels, preparing and formatting presentations, conducting research, organizing internal documents, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. You’ll help ensure priorities are clear, projects move forward smoothly, and the CEO stays focused on strategic execution.
This is a hands-on, remote position suited for someone highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and familiar with marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize CEO communications (email, WhatsApp, internal and external follow-ups)
- Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and business documents
- Summarize meeting notes, research findings, and internal docs into clear formats
- Conduct competitive research and topic exploration to support decision-making
- Assist in developing marketing assets, pitch decks, and brand documentation
- Support the CEO in planning, task tracking, and meeting preparation
- Organize files, folders, and materials for fast, easy access
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
- Keep track of priorities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, executive assistance, or a similar support role
- A solid background in marketing, ideally with experience in digital, content, or brand
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and content strategies
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Ability to structure information clearly, organize ideas, and write polished copy when needed
- Strong presentation skills, including layout, formatting, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, analysis, and planning
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple moving parts
- Confident working remotely, independently, and directly with leadership
- Strong problem-solving mindset, resourcefulness, and follow-through
Add-On Skills:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with writing briefs, outlines, or basic copy for digital content
- Understanding of how to structure marketing documents like brand guides, case studies, or campaign overviews

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
