Software Engineer (Fullstack – Node.js + React)

Location: Remote | Latin America

Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building modern, scalable web applications and have solid experience with Node.js and React, this role is for you.

You’ll be working on long-term, challenging projects alongside a talented and supportive team, with plenty of opportunities to contribute, grow, and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and architectural design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to continuous codebase improvement.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as our technical Councils to share knowledge and foster growth.

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of fullstack development experience
• 3+ years of backend development with Node.js
• 1+ year of experience with React.js, Next.js, or TypeScript
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database design and optimization
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing practices
• Hands-on experience with AWS (infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, WAF, Load Balancers, VPC creation)
