Senior UX/UI Designer – Mobile Focus

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end mobile design across iOS and Android platforms—from discovery to handoff—ensuring consistency with our brand and platform guidelines.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing researchers to define mobile-first user journeys and translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses, iterate designs, and inform roadmap priorities.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns optimized for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
• Drive innovation in mobile UX/UI, staying ahead of trends and implementing best practices in interaction design and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity and provide responsive solutions to technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 5 years focused on mobile app design.
• Proven success designing and launching complex mobile applications (iOS and Android), ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong grasp of mobile UX patterns, touch interactions, and designing for performance and accessibility.
• Deep expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software like Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer.
• Experience working with product analytics tools to assess impact and inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of mobile HIG (Human Interface Guidelines) and Material Design principles.
• Experience conducting and integrating user research, A/B testing, and usability studies into design decisions.
• Excellent visual design and interaction skills, with an eye for hierarchy, typography, color, and motion.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English—able to advocate for the user and explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Experience designing privacy-first experiences, including consent flows, data control interfaces, or secure onboarding journeys.
