The Role: Marketing Manager
We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Head-level) to lead and scale Loop’s marketing function. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role responsible for defining Loop’s marketing strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, and brand presence, while also managing performance-driven growth initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will lead the department, own targets, manage budgets, and directly impact lead generation and brand awareness across Saudi Arabia.
Reporting Line & Team Structure
● Reports to: CEO
● Manages the Marketing Department, including:
○ Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
○ Marketing Operations Specialist
○ Content Writer & BD Manager
○ Graphic Designer
This role is expected to actively lead, coach, hire, and-when necessary-make difficult performance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & GTM
● Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, GTM plans, and channel mix.
● Develop clear positioning, messaging, and branding for Loop’s services.
● Build and execute integrated campaigns to drive clothing donations and brand trust.
Growth & Performance Marketing
● Own all lead-generation KPIs, with a strong focus on performance, conversion rates, and funnel optimization.
● Reduce dependency on paid acquisition by increasing leads from organic and non-paid channels.
● Oversee paid media strategy and performance, including budget ownership and optimization.
Leadership & Team Management
● Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
● Set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability across the team.
● Hire and scale the team as needed; make decisive people-management calls when required.
Analytics & Optimization
● Deeply analyze marketing performance data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
● Review funnel metrics, channel performance, CTRs, and conversion rates.
● Leverage tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and tag management systems to inform decisions.
Content & Brand Building
● Oversee content strategy across channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
● Ensure content effectively educates the market on sustainability, recycling, and Loop’s value proposition.
● Strengthen Loop’s share of voice and brand awareness through social listening and market insights.
Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
● Number of qualified leads generated per month (donation intent registrations).
● Share of voice and brand awareness measured via social listening.
● Percentage of leads generated from non-paid channels.
● 90-120 day impact targets:
○ 20-30% increase in leads generated
○ 20% improvement in conversion rates
○ 10% increase in click-through rates
Must-Haves:
Non-Negotiables
● Fluent Arabic.
● Willingness to relocate to or be based in Jeddah.
● Proven leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
● Strong decision-making skills.
● Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid advertising.
Experience & Background
● Experience in early-stage or scaling companies.
● Strong B2C background (e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing platforms).
● Demonstrated experience in:
○ Funnel and channel optimization
○ Paid ads and performance marketing
○ Marketing analytics and RevOps
○ CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar)
● Solid content creation and content strategy experience.
Soft Skills
● High ownership and accountability.
● Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
● Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with direct CEO interaction.
● Data-driven, analytical, and commercially minded.
