Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Kandy, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials in line with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing concepts, producing layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing files for production or web. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals, while managing multiple projects and deadlines. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for maintaining design consistency, iterating based on feedback, and staying up to date with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
• Experience creating digital assets for web, social media, and email, as well as basic knowledge of formats and optimization.
• Ability to develop and follow brand guidelines, contributing to a consistent visual identity across channels.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating relevant design work for marketing, branding, or product-related projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and responsive design is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Kandy, with readiness for both in-office teamwork and independent remote work.
