About the Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who excels at executing high-quality designs in Figma, working closely with our in-house creative team. This is not a role for someone pushing their personal style—it’s for someone who thrives on polish, precision, and adaptability, turning established creative direction into scalable, detailed design systems and prototypes.
You will be instrumental in building responsive specifications, click-through prototypes, and well-structured component libraries that enable our product to scale seamlessly. Your work will bridge creativity and execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with our brand while supporting a consistent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts and brand direction from the creative team into detailed Figma designs.
- Build and maintain a scalable component library using atomic design principles.
- Develop responsive layouts and prototypes to support cross-platform usability.
- Ensure smooth and precise handoff to developers with clear specifications.
- Apply UX best practices in user flows, information architecture, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, following established creative direction and adapting designs accordingly.
- (Optional differentiator) Enhance designs with motion or micro-interactions when appropriate.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of UI/UX design experience in digital products, preferably SaaS or tech platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping).
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual polish and adaptability to brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals (user flows, wireframes, IA, usability).
- Experience with atomic design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Strong collaboration skills—comfortable following creative direction and setting aside personal preferences to achieve consistency.
- Experience developing consumer/lifestyle apps with a playful, visually engaging design style.
- Exposure to Agentic AI or consumer gaming apps (e.g., puzzle apps, casual games like Candy Crush).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient in execution.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with motion/micro-interaction design.
- Familiarity with design-to-dev handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook).
- Background in SaaS, AI tools, or B2B product environments.
