Key Responsibilities：

• Drive Singapore market growth: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, activate and convert high-quality retail investors, with a strong focus on sustainable user and trading growth.
• Own end-to-end growth campaigns: Plan, launch and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, organic and community channels, from strategy and audience targeting through execution and post-campaign optimization.
• Optimize the growth funnel: Analyze the full user journey from acquisition and registration to KYC, funding and first trade. Identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses and run experiments to improve conversion and activation.
• Drive performance and measurement: Track key growth metrics including acquisition, CAC, conversion, activation, retention and ROI. Build clear attribution and performance frameworks to evaluate channel and campaign effectiveness and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Optimize & expand relevant acquisition channels: Explore and activate KOLs, financial communities, content platforms and other ecosystem partners as incremental user acquisition channels. Evaluate partnership opportunities based on audience quality, acquisition potential and commercial return.
• Develop investor-focused marketing content: Work closely with internal teams to create and quality-control content around equities, options, market trends, product features and investor education, ensuring content is credible, engaging and locally relevant to Singapore investors.
• Stay close to the market: Monitor Singapore investor behavior, market trends, competitors and emerging acquisition channels to identify new opportunities and continuously improve Longbridge’s growth strategy.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, digital marketing, performance marketing or consumer marketing, ideally with hands-on ownership of user growth and measurable acquisition outcomes.
• Strong track record in data-driven growth, including campaign planning, funnel optimization, experimentation, conversion improvement and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore consumer or retail investor market, with the ability to translate local market insights into effective growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience working with metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, activation, retention, ROI/ROAS and attribution.
• Hands-on experience across multiple growth channels, such as paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, content, referral, community or KOL marketing. Experience with partnership-led acquisition is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial markets and familiarity with US, Hong Kong and Singapore equities and/or options. Personal investing experience or financial industry experience is a strong plus.
• Highly self-driven and comfortable taking ownership from strategy through execution in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Fluent in English; basic Mandarin communication skills for regional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online brokerage, fintech, wealth management, investment platforms, financial media or other consumer financial products.
• Experience growing a consumer-facing digital product or app in Singapore.
• Proven experience independently identifying and testing new acquisition channels, including KOL, community, referral or ecosystem channels.
• Experience working with product, data, CRM, creative and other cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Team leadership experience is preferred
