Brand Marketing & Campaign Manager

Full-Time | Remote Hours:8am to 4.30pm US EST Monday to Friday

LONDONTOWN is a clean beauty brand redefining nail care through innovative products, elevated storytelling, and a commitment to healthier beauty routines. We are seeking a Brand Marketing & Campaign Manager to help shape how consumers experience and connect with our brand across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role for a strategic marketer who understands how to blend brand storytelling, consumer insights, creative direction, product launches, partnerships, and campaign execution into a cohesive brand experience.

You will work closely with leadership, creative, digital marketing, PR, social, and ecommerce teams to bring the brand to life while driving awareness, engagement, and growth.

What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Storytelling

  • Help define and evolve Londontown's brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including ecommerce, social media, email, retail, PR, influencer, and packaging.
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and launch narratives.

Product Launches & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Lead and execute 360° go-to-market plans for new product launches and key campaigns.
  • Coordinate launch calendars, messaging, assets, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
  • Develop launch toolkits and activation plans across ecommerce, social, influencer, email, retail, and PR channels.
  • Monitor launch performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative, social, ecommerce, influencer, and PR teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Support influencer, creator, community, and partnership initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Contribute to content planning and campaign storytelling across all channels.

Consumer Insights & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign, category, and consumer performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support brand and product strategies.
  • Develop campaign recaps and recommendations that improve future performance.
  • Use insights to influence creative direction, messaging, and marketing investment decisions.

Partnerships & Brand Growth

  • Build and support strategic partnerships with retailers, influencers, creators, media partners, and aligned brands.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Support events, activations, sampling, gifting, and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or Go-To-Market roles.
  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, personal care, luxury, or consumer product experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, social, PR, influencer, ecommerce, and retail teams.
  • Comfortable using data and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Copywriting experience a major PLUS!
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Target, Walmart, or similar is a plus.
