About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee infrastructure-related initiatives. This role involves managing a wide range of projects, from cloud migration and network upgrades to server implementations and data center enhancements. The position is well-suited for a proactive and adaptable project manager who can balance technical delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeframes, and budgets.
- Serve as the key interface between business units and technical delivery teams.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects covering networks, servers, cloud, and IT security.
- Work closely with technical teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
- Coordinate delivery within procurement, legal, and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting throughout all phases.
- Support effective rollout and adoption of new platforms and systems across the organization.
- Facilitate structured knowledge transfer and operational handover to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide documentation, including infrastructure architecture, service management processes, and disaster recovery frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL-aligned operational practices and governance standards.
- Drive project reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure or cloud-related projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects across cloud, network, servers, and security domains.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), cloud solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong track record in delivering programs across large-scale or multi-entity environments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
