Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join LOLO CAB remotely on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns focused on increasing app downloads, lead generation, bookings, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.

This role requires someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can independently plan, execute, monitor, and scale campaigns for a fast-growing mobility startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App Campaigns, Remarketing)

• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for app installs, leads, engagement, and conversions

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and conversion tracking tools

• Improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency

• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning

• Plan and execute retargeting and funnel-based campaigns

• Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and campaign assets

• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advertising strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

• Experience running campaigns with measurable conversion goals

• Good understanding of app marketing, attribution, and analytics

• Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, and reporting tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Experience in mobility, travel, startup, or app-based business is a plus
