We are looking for a dynamic, energic and hands-on Marketing Manager - EMEA, to lead co-marketing efforts with our EMEA partners, and Strategic Customers. In this role, you'll develop and execute joint marketing plans that drive pipeline, elevate brand awareness, and deepen partner engagement. Simultaneously you will support our Strategic Account Team in customer marketing activities. You'll work cross-functionally with our marketing, sales, alliances, and product teams to ensure alignment and success.

This role is based in Germany and requires frequent business travel within the EMEA region. Therefore, candidates must be legally authorized to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship and must be able to travel throughout the EMEA region without time-based visa restrictions (e.g., limited stay allowances under Schengen rules).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key partners (e.g., system integrators, WMS providers, consultants, etc).
  • Create co-branded campaigns, digital content, webinars, and events that generate demand and highlight mutual value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Partner/Alliance teams to support partner enablement and drive pipeline growth through targeted programs.
  • Coordinate partner participation in tradeshows, webinars, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Create and track partner newsletter. Creating partner specific content including social media posts. Responsible for keeping the partner portal up to date.
  • Support the Strategic Account Sales Team with joint customer marketing requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B high tech marketing.
  • 1+ years robotics/supply chain/warehouse/automation industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner or alliance marketing with a proven track record of building successful joint campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem (partners, resellers, ISVs, SIs, etc.).
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo), Salesforce, and webinar/event (Webex) tools.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient English and native German written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to freely travel within EMEA without VISA restrictions.
