Key Responsibilities
This is an execution-heavy role. You will be deep in accounts daily, ensuring flawless execution, optimization, and client satisfaction. This is not a figurehead role—you are expected to directly manage campaigns, improve performance, and support Lockhern Digital’s internal processes.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage and execute Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta campaigns across 10+ client accounts. You will build, optimize, troubleshoot, and ensure all accounts hit performance goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Identify pacing and performance issues early and implement solutions.
- Process & Infrastructure Development: Assist in refining task management systems, reporting structures, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Task & Project Management: Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) to track and execute tasks effectively.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Generate client-ready reports with clear, actionable insights that help drive decision-making.
- Proactive Innovation: Identify new trends, test new strategies, and implement optimizations that push client performance to the next level.
- Client Support & Strategy Execution: Provide performance insights and recommendations, helping ensure top-tier client communication.
- Escalation Management: Identify critical issues and flag them to leadership for resolution when necessary.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid search campaigns with a focus on efficiency and ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget pacing, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) to track and execute tasks.
- Ability to assist in process improvements, including reporting, workflow optimization, and strategy execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support client-facing interactions.
