Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. This includes developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and mentoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including debugging and optimizing code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our ServiceNow implementation
• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, including user interfaces, business rules, and workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, including APIs, web services, and data imports
• Develop and maintain data models, including data dictionaries, data flows, and data validation
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, including tables, fields, and relationships
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and Provisioning practices and principles

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
