Senior Automotive Marketing Manager
Location: Remote | Full-Time

We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing execution, evolve our service offerings, and drive innovation across our digital product lines. If you're a hands-on marketing leader with deep experience in paid media, SEO, and data strategy — especially in automotive — we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overall marketing strategy for LMi’s automotive clients across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, email, and CTV
- Guide the evolution of Sniper Ads — ensuring channel integration, in-market data targeting, and creative relevance remain cutting edge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Product to align campaigns with client objectives and KPIs
- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee the execution of all digital campaigns from strategy through reporting — including media planning, creative direction, tracking, and optimization
- Ensure marketing tactics are fully aligned with dealer incentives, OEM co-op guidelines, and regional trends
- Review campaign performance weekly to drive ROI improvements and reduce cost per lead
Team Development & Vendor Management
- Manage a growing team of specialists and coordinate with key partners across all lines of our business
- Train and mentor internal talent on best practices for SEM, SEO, analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
Analytics & Innovation
- Champion a data-first approach using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform dashboards (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Recommend and implement new tools, tactics, and technologies to give LMi a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success managing campaigns across paid search, display, CTV/OTT, social media, and SEO
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of the automotive marketing ecosystem (Tier 3)
- Experience with first-party data, geofencing, retargeting, and audience segmentation a major plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
