Affiliate Marketing Manager

📢 We’re hiring: Partnership Manager – Affiliate & Strategic Growth

📍 Remote (Canada-based) | 🕐 Full-Time

Loans Canada is the country’s original loan comparison platform—helping millions of Canadians access the right financial solutions every year. We’re growing fast and looking for a Partnership Manager to lead our affiliate channel and support new business development across fintech, lead gen, and performance media.

What you'll do:

✅ Build and manage affiliate & strategic partnerships

✅ Lead performance-driven growth initiatives

✅ Analyze partner KPIs (leads, ROI, CPA, EPC, etc.)

✅ Collaborate on promotional content & tracking integrations

✅ Ensure compliance with CASL, Law 25, and other legislation

✅ Identify and onboard new affiliate/media partners

✅ Help grow our partner network

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years in affiliate/performance marketing or partnerships
• Strong analytical mindset & comfort with CRMs and dashboards
• Understanding of affiliate tracking: UTMs, postbacks, cookies, pixels
• Experience in regulated spaces (finance, insurance, etc.)
• Solid grasp of CASL, Law 25, and privacy frameworks
• Proactive, organized, and relationship-driven

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Everflow, Impact, and other affiliate tech
• Familiarity with financial services and lead generation
