Position/Title: Director of Marketing
Reports to: COO
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Remote
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for marketing efforts for the property management division and overall LMS organization. Must have the ability to partner well with the COO, Director of Property Management, Regional Managers, Executive leadership team, company department head and support teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for all planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives: Company-wide branding
Create and execute integrated e-marketing strategies designed to increase brand recognition, drive traffic, and improve prospect and resident satisfaction.
Develop and execute effective strategies and marketing plans for lease-ups and stabilized communities
Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics to make decisions and give recommendations regarding campaign direction.
Implement outreach marketing strategies defined by marketing plans
Manage all online content including the company website
Effectively communicate with supervisors, property owners/asset managers, LMS Executive Team, and Operations Support & Accounting Teams
Directs and manages external resources:

Pay Per Lead Campaigns
Social Media
Reputation Management
Lead Tracking systems
ILS Management
