About the Role
We are a fast-growing global technology company reshaping the future of warehouse automation and intelligent logistics. With rapid expansion in North America, we are looking for a Head of Global Marketing who can elevate our brand, build a high-performance marketing engine, and deeply connect our solutions with key enterprise customers across industries such as 3PL, retail, apparel, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands B2B enterprise cycles, complex hardware–software solutions, and ABM-driven growth. You will lead global marketing strategy, own brand positioning, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to build a pipeline that directly impacts revenue.
What You Will Lead
1. Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership
• Own global marketing vision, strategy, and execution for North America and key international markets.
• Build and mentor a world-class marketing team covering industry marketing, product marketing, ABM, content, field marketing, and digital.
2. ABM & Enterprise Growth
• Design multi-tier 1:1 / 1:few / 1:many ABM programs targeting strategic accounts (e.g., top 3PLs, major retailers, global manufacturers).
• Partner with Sales to build account plans, influence deal cycles, and drive qualified pipeline.
3. Hardware + Software Product Marketing
• Develop value propositions for integrated hardware–software automation systems.
• Translate complex technological advantages into compelling narratives and industry-specific solutions.
4. Go-to-Market & Industry Positioning
• Lead GTM launches across solutions, verticals, and regions.
• Build competitive intelligence and strengthen positioning in the warehouse automation and robotics ecosystem.5. Content & Demand Generation
• Oversee creation of high-impact assets: whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, videos, webinars, industry insights, and customer stories.
• Drive measurable demand generation and nurture workflows through marketing automation tools (HubSpot / Marketo / Salesforce).
What You Bring
• 8+ years in B2B Marketing, ideally in automation, robotics, industrial tech, supply chain solutions, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ABM experience with measurable success influencing enterprise pipeline.
• Deep understanding of hardware + software solution marketing and long sales cycles.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams in complex B2B organizations.
• Leadership experience building and scaling marketing teams across regions.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and understanding of MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel mechanics.
• Excellent storytelling ability across technical and business audiences.
