We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Design Consultant who is passionate about providing exceptional design support to our team. In this role, you will elevate livingHR’s brand and those of our clients through professional and compelling design.
Responsibilities:
- Visual / Graphic Design, Branding, Presentation Design, Marketing Design, Digital & Web Design, Instructional Design for eLearning.
- Understand and apply livingHR’s brand guidelines as well as those of our clients, ensuring a consistent, cohesive, and on-brand experience across all touchpoints (under the guidance of livingHR’s Creative Director).
- Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360 to develop and deliver high-quality design work.
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriters and other designers.
- Take ownership of all assigned projects and manage them to deadlines.
- Specific project examples could include presentations, eLearning and workshop course creation, culture concepts and guides, recruitment marketing and social campaign graphics, employee handbook design, job ad design, HR forms and tools, executive summary design, interview guide design, social media graphic design, careers page design, employer branding, internal brand documents, etc.
- Reports to Director of Creative Services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong eye for effective layout and design.
- Solid grasp on branding and visual identity.
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
- Experience working within Canva for cross-team collaboration.
- Proven experience designing and developing interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360, including Storyline.
- Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to craft clear, concise messaging will be beneficial in this role.
- Excellent communication skills with quick response and turnaround times.
- Receptive to receiving and giving feedback is a must as we’re a highly collaborative team!
- Availability Requirement: Must be readily available throughout the month of May, with particular emphasis on the week of May 12th, as the Director of Creative Services will be out of the office for her wedding. During this time, you will be expected to provide consistent support, address any time-sensitive tasks, and ensure the continuity of creative services. Prompt communication and flexibility will be essential to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
$25 - $30 an hour
Approx. 20-25 hours per month (no guaranteed hours)
