About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing and Content Manager to lead content strategy and execution across LiveSign and brands within the wider group. You’ll manage the content calendar, collaborate with SEO and legal experts, and create engaging, compliant content that drives awareness, builds trust, and supports conversion.
This is a hands-on, mid-senior role for a self-starter who’s confident building from scratch. With no fixed playbook, you’ll shape the content strategy, influence your own priorities, and drive execution – aligning your work to broader marketing and business goals.
What You’ll Do
· Messaging Ownership: Refine and evolve brand and product positioning to stand out and drive conversions.
· Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the content strategy from the ground up, establishing a high-impact content calendar across brand, lifecycle, and always-on channels – driving marketing objectives and ensuring legal accuracy in collaboration with internal SMEs.
· SEO Content Development: Work with our SEO agency to plan and create content that improves organic performance.
· Social Media & Digital Content: Lead the strategy, content creation, manage scheduling, publishing, and engagement across key digital platforms.
· Email Marketing & Lifecycle Comms: Plan, write, and publish email content across newsletters, campaigns, and nurture journeys – driving engagement, retention, and conversion.
· Website & Content Publishing: Manage day-to-day content updates in HubSpot, Webflow and other platforms – ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand voice.
· Thought Leadership & PR: Drive thought leadership initiatives and manage PR strategy with external agency support as required – positioning our brands as a credible and trustworthy voices
· Campaign, Event & CRM Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and sponsorships – including comms, coordination, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
· Asset & Collateral Management: Maintain and update brochures, sales decks, one-pagers, and partner resources to ensure consistency and quality.
· Admin & Process: Support internal marketing workflows, maintain documentation, and pitch in across the team – start-up style.
What You’ll Bring
· 6+ years' experience in content marketing or communications roles within startup / high-growth businesses
· Confidence shaping brand messaging and positioning
· Excellent writing and editing skills across digital formats
· Solid SEO know-how and experience working with agencies
· Fluency in tools like HubSpot, Webflow and AI content platforms
· Strong organisation and project management skills
· Self-starter with the proven ability to juggle multiple projects and brands—prioritising effectively, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering at pace
