Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Please NOTE: This position requires experience in Affiliate Marketing in CPG (Consumer Product Goods), preferably in the fitness, athletic performance, and plant-based industries, and is only open to residents of the United States. This is NOT an influencer marketing position - but traditional affiliate marketing with banners/assets/links off other websites.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a group of talented and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our amazing Marketing Team as a Co-Founder. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join an exciting new startup where it's not investors that get early equity stakes, but the team members who do the work to launch and grow the company. This role is for EQUITY only in the first few months. Later in 2025, all Co-Founder roles will convert over to traditional salaried positions, plus you keep all of the equity as an owner that you earned up to that point. You will have the option to start either part time or full time, whatever you are able to commit to.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Affiliate Marketing Specialist at LiveComplete. This individual will spearhead the development, management, and optimization of our Affiliate program.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of our affiliate program, evaluate effectiveness of our affiliate partner relationships and in-market campaigns, and make recommendations for program improvements as needed.
• Explore ways to target, recruit, and onboard productive new affiliates, through affiliate networks and in direct relationships.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Be a key contributor in helping define the affiliate creative strategy and identify opportunities for growth through creative, coordinate resources to deliver against creative requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Own the platforms and partnerships necessary to deliver affiliate revenue at scale

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with responsibility for affiliate marketing in a conversion-oriented environment, such as e-commerce, lead generation or similar.
• Good working understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, including tracking and attribution systems, commission structures, and recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience working with affiliate networks, such as AWIN / ShareASale, CJ, Partnerize, Impact, Rakuten, or others.
