About the Role
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in HubSpot and WordPress to enhance their digital strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will execute impactful marketing campaigns targeting financial decision-makers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth through HubSpot CRM, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot campaigns, including email automation, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
- Oversee the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and user engagement.
- Run and refine PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn Ads to maximise ROI.
- Monitor and enhance SEO rankings to improve organic traffic.
- Grow and manage the company's LinkedIn presence, crafting compelling content.
- Track and analyse marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, automation, email marketing).
- Proficiency in WordPress for content management and optimisation.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
