Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our financial planning, data and analytics team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable BI solutions using PowerBI that provide the business with timely, accurate, and actionable insights. The BI Developer will work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that data is modeled, transformed, and presented in a way that supports decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and accuracy.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to translate requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
Create and maintain semantic models, KPIs, and measures to ensure consistent reporting across the business.
Collaborate to integrate data from ERP, CRM, billing, and product usage systems.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and reporting layers.
Monitor BI solution performance and implement optimizations where needed.
Stay up to date on emerging BI tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or related field.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
Hands-on experience developing in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience building and optimizing reporting solutions that handle large datasets across multiple sources.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Knowledge of API integrations and working with multiple data sources (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
SaaS / subscription-based business experience strongly preferred.
Exposure to statistical analysis or Python/R for advanced analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:- $95,000 - $105,000 base salary, plus 10% bonus
