Position Overview
The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is responsible for supporting our paid digital advertising efforts. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Group Lead and manage project timelines, coordinate assets, and streamline communication between copy, creative, demand gen, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate advertising campaign execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and understands digital marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Workflow Management
- Traffic and manage digital advertising projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (copy, creative, demand gen, analytics) in the development of ad campaigns.
- Maintain project schedules and track campaign milestones, escalating issues as needed.
- Utilize Asana to assign tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines effectively across teams.
- Ensuring stakeholders remain accountable for meeting project milestones on schedule, while identifying and managing key interdependencies within project workflows.
Asset & Content Management
- Organize and distribute creative assets, copy, and specifications for digital campaigns (social, search, video, etc.).
- Ensure all digital ad assets meet platform requirements and brand guidelines before launch.
- Coordinate approvals from key stakeholders and make necessary revisions before deployment.
- Use Asana to centralize project assets, ensuring easy access and visibility across teams.
Communication and Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between copy, creative, demand gen, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project status, potential bottlenecks, and solutions to keep campaigns on track.
- Maintain documentation of campaign timelines, specs, and asset delivery schedules in Asana for transparency and efficiency.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in campaign execution.
- Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, working closely with analytics teams.
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of digital campaign assets for future reference.
- Leverage Asana’s reporting tools to monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or digital advertising operations.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms is a plus.
