About the rol
eWe are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction of The Lisinski Firm’s brand and marketing efforts. This pivotal role will shape how we position our services, uncover actionable client insights, and drive brand visibility to attract and retain clients. This role will also design and manage the firm’s client-facing marketing strategy, set the roadmap for the broader marketing team, and oversee execution across channels

- s.Audience Segmentation & Insights: Lead audience segmentation project to define our ad and media audiences based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to refine targeting and messaging strategie
- s.Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): Implement and utilize data-driven models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform budget and channel optimizatio
- n.Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, assess market dynamics, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making across campaigns and opportunities for business growt
