Due to ongoing growth we are seeking a part-time (3 days) Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role can be based anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for different platforms such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and optimize strategies to increase website visibility on search engines, manage paid advertising campaigns, and monitor budgets.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, curate content, engage with followers, and track analytics.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns, segment lists for targeted messaging, and analyse open rates and conversions.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc., to monitor, analyse and report on campaign performances.
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
2. Website Management:
- Ensure regular content updates and maintenance.
- Optimise website for performance, mobile usage, and SEO.
- Collaborate to ensure consistency in branding and user experience.
3. Design:
- Create visual assets for online campaigns, web, and social platforms.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while innovating visually appealing graphics.
- Contribute to web design with a focus on user-centric experiences.
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing such as Google Analytics IQ, HubSpot Content Marketing, or Facebook Blueprint are considered a plus
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with B2B marketing
- Proficient in multiple design, CMS, email marketing, social media
- management, analytics and SEO tools.
