🚀 What You’ll Be Working On

You won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll design smart solutions that create real value. Working hands-on in dynamic customer projects, you’ll bring data to life and shape the future of decision-making.

Here’s what your daily adventure might include:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to answer business-critical questions
• Advise customers on data-driven strategies, tool choices, and code quality
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Apply best practices from modern software development to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights into sustainable data products
• Share knowledge and grow together through peer-learning and tech exchange

✅ What You Bring to the Table

You love clean code, clever models, and meaningful insights — and you know how to get there.

We’re looking for someone who checks (most of) these boxes:

• Fluency in Python and SQL – your core languages
• Solid grasp of software development principles (testing, CI/CD, clean code)
• Practical experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, VertexAI, ML Studio, etc.)
• Strong command of ML frameworks like scikit-learn, Pandas or Polars, and deep learning tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• You use Git, Docker, and other core tools as second nature
• Analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to solving real-world problems
• Clear, confident communicator in German and English
• Bonus points if you bring experience with: Rust, Computer Vision, LLMs, AI Governance, or EU AI Act topics
