Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing efforts across multiple brands within our portfolio including Keey.co.uk, Ceed.co and Witness-experts.com. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital marketing channels and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, website optimization, paid advertising and content creation.
• Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and ROI
• Oversee and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless execution
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and inform future strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong expertise in SEO, digital advertising, content strategy, and marketing analytics
• Experience planning and executing cross-functional campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Background in a startup environment or in a senior role at a digital agency is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
