We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to join our rapidly growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, refining product positioning, and driving impactful marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Own Positioning & Messaging – Translate complex IAM technology into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with enterprise security buyers.
- Drive Go-To-Market Strategy – Lead end-to-end launches and campaigns, partnering with Founders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Build High-Impact Sales Tools – Independently create decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and competitive intel to drive conversions.
- Prioritize Lean Content Creation – Develop and iterate marketing materials quickly, minimizing reliance on agencies.
- Stay Market-Driven – Partner with Founders, Sales, and Product teams to continuously refine our market positioning based on market feedback and sales insights.
- Unite the Organization – Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Founders, ensuring we’re all moving in the same direction.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Monitor IAM and cybersecurity shifts to ensure differentiated positioning and GTM strategy.
Requirements:
What You’ll Bring:
- 6–8+ years of product marketing or related experience, with a strong track record in high-growth B2B environments, ideally in IAM or cybersecurity.
- A storytelling mindset, able to turn technical features into benefits that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Strong market research instincts – you thrive on understanding the “why” behind buyer behavior and competitive dynamics.
- A strategic yet hands-on approach – just as comfortable building strategy as you are writing the deck or case study yourself.
- An excellent communicator and influencer, able to align stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to move fast in dynamic, unstructured environments, delivering high-quality content that drives revenue impact.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and a deep understanding of the enterprise security buyer journey.
