Position: SaaS Product Marketing Specialist
Experience: 2-5yrs
Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM IST (Flexible)
Location: Remote- India

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Define and refine product positioning and value proposition.
- Research competitors and ICPs using tools like G2, Capterra, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all communication (website, campaigns, ads) aligns with core messaging.
2. Content Marketing
- Research, write, and publish blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
- Upload and optimize content on Webflow CMS.
- Distribute content through emails (Mailchimp / HubSpot) and LinkedIn posts.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, carousels, and email snippets for LinkedIn Consumption.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform keyword research using Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimize website pages for target keywords (meta tags, headings, alt text – On Page SEO).
- Build high-quality backlinks (Off Page SEO) via guest posting, SaaS directories, and partner blogs.
- Get product listed and optimized on Product Hunt, G2, Capterra, GetApp, SaaSWorthy, etc.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Ahrefs.
4. Social Media & Brand Building
- Manage company pages on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Create and post regular updates, carousels, and short-form content.
- Track engagement and growth using Shield / LinkedIn Analytics.
- Engage in founder-led storytelling and thought leadership posts.
- Participate in relevant online communities (LinkedIn groups, Slack, Reddit).
5. Performance Marketing
- Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Define campaign objectives (traffic, sign-ups, demo requests) and measure ROI.
- Use UTMs, GA4, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.
- Continuously test ad creatives, CTAs, and audience segments.
6. Email & Marketing Automation
- Build and execute email sequences for lead nurturing and user onboarding.
- Use HubSpot / Customer.io / Mailchimp for automation and segmentation.
- Track open rates, click rates, and conversions, and optimize accordingly.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Set up tracking dashboards using Google Analytics.
- Monitor key SaaS metrics: Website traffic, MQLs, sign-ups, activation rate, CAC.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing (preferably early-stage).
- Proven experience in SEO, content, social media, and paid marketing.
- Working knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot, Webflow, Mailchimp.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
