About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Esport Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and management of our esports products and initiatives. This role requires a combination of product management expertise, deep knowledge of the esports ecosystem, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for esports products and platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user analysis to identify opportunities in the esports space.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, development, launch, to performance tracking.
- Collaborate with esports partners, teams, and communities to enhance product adoption and engagement.
- Define and monitor key product KPIs (user engagement, retention, monetization, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with esports industry trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within esports, gaming, or digital products.
- Strong knowledge of the esports ecosystem (games, tournaments, streaming platforms, communities).
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycle and delivering successful digital products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and KPI measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with game publishers, esports organizations, or streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with monetization models in gaming/esports (in-app purchases, subscriptions, sponsorship).
- Passion for esports and active involvement in gaming communities.
