User Experience (UX) Designer AI Trainer- $100/hour

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary: This project evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced User Experience Designers to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to UX design, UX research, interaction design, product design, portfolio development, cross-functional collaboration, and advancement within design and product organizations. Contributors will help ensure AI-generated recommendations accurately reflect the skills, experiences, and career decisions associated with successful UX careers.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time.

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Create benchmark answers for UX career-related questions
• Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics for evaluating AI-generated guidance
• Assess recommendations related to UX research, interaction design, and product design careers
• Review advice involving portfolio development, skill building, and specialization opportunities
• Evaluate guidance concerning collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unrealistic career recommendations
• Provide written rationale supporting evaluation outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, interaction design, or UX research
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UX work
• Experience working within product development environments
• Familiarity with UX career progression, specialization pathways, and industry practices
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently
