Senior Digital Designer & Content Marketer

WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR DIGITAL DESIGNER & CONTENT MARKETER

Salary: ₱45,000 per month

Contract: 1-Year Employment Contract

Location: Philippines (100% Remote)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Designer & Content Marketer with proven expertise in Meta advertising creatives, brand development, social media management, Shopify, and email marketing.

This position is for an experienced professional who has successfully executed real marketing campaigns and understands how creative work drives engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional, conversion-focused Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertisements, including static, carousel, and video ads.
• Develop and execute brand-consistent social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design and manage Klaviyo email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing flows.
• Design and update Shopify websites, landing pages, and product pages.
• Produce high-quality graphics and edit engaging videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including working with international clients in the USA, Australia, Singapore, or other markets outside the Philippines.
• Proven hands-on experience creating real Meta advertising campaigns, with examples of published Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Practical experience with Klaviyo, including email design, campaign structure, and performance tracking.
• Strong experience in brand development, organic social media management, and content strategy.
• Advanced graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and professional video editing software.
• Hands-on Shopify and website design experience.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results, including creative testing, click-through rates, engagement improvements, conversions, or ROI where available.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.

We are looking for genuine creative expertise and proven execution, not portfolios consisting primarily of AI-generated designs or generic templates.

• Display only your full name at the top of the portfolio.

• Clearly identify your personal contribution to each project and include available performance results.
