About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Developer who can bridge the gap between
marketing strategy and technical execution. This role involves designing, building, and
maintaining automation workflows that power campaign execution, lead management, and
performance reporting across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration skills with a marketing mindset —
someone who can connect CRMs, ad platforms, and analytics tools while ensuring data
accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter, faster, and
more personalized marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Marketing Automation & Workflow Development
● Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using N8N (or
similar tools) to connect CRMs, advertising platforms, and reporting systems.
● Automate repetitive tasks to improve marketing efficiency and ensure consistent lead
nurturing, scoring, and follow-up processes.
● Develop cross-platform automations to synchronize audiences, conversion data, and
campaign metrics.
🔹 Platform & API Integration
● Integrate and maintain APIs across platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn,
Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to enable data flow and unified
reporting.
● Create and document custom API solutions when needed to support non-native
integrations.
● Ensure automation reliability through proper data validation, error handling, and
monitoring.
🔹 HubSpot Administration & Optimization
● Manage and optimize HubSpot automations including workflows, sequences, and
lifecycle stages.
● Build reports and dashboards for campaign performance, lead tracking, and funnel
analysis.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead management, handoff,
and conversion visibility.
🔹 AI and Intelligent Automation
● Integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) into automation
workflows to improve personalization, content generation, and operational
intelligence.
● Experiment with new AI-driven solutions that enhance targeting, segmentation, and
campaign optimization.
🔹 Reporting & Optimization
● Monitor automation health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine workflows for
efficiency and reliability.
● Use analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI to visualize
and share performance insights.
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
● 3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, API integration, or marketing
technology development.
● Hands-on experience with HubSpot, N8N, or similar tools (Zapier, Make, Tray.io).
● Solid understanding of APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform campaign
tracking.
● Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and webhooks.
● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM systems.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● (Bonus) Experience integrating AI APIs for marketing automation.
