We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who owns strategy and execution, proves ROI across channels, and leads a compact cross-functional pod.

You’ll plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel programs, manage client relationships, and ensure the data stack (tracking, scoring, integrations) is airtight so every lead is captured, routed, and attributable.

What you will do

Strategy, planning, and client leadership

● Build quarterly growth plans with goals, budgets, roadmaps, and KPIs.

● Run weekly client standups, set expectations, and convert insights into action.

● Prioritize initiatives across SEO, paid media, email, content, and CRO based on impact.

Acquisition and lifecycle

● Stand up and optimize PPC on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

● Own SEO from technical fixes and IA to briefs, internal linking, and schema.

● Build email/lifecycle programs: segmentation, nurture, re-engagement, and triggers.

● Plan landing pages and conversion tests to lift lead volume and quality. Attribution, tracking, and RevOps (critical)

● Implement end-to-end lead tracking and lead scoring so we know where every lead came from across systems (site → ad platforms → CRM/marketing automation).

● Design UTM frameworks, campaign naming conventions, and governance; QA links across all campaigns and channels.

● Configure GA4 events, GTM data layer, and conversion goals; set up offline conversion imports.

● Connect ad platforms to CRMs/automation for real-time lead flow (e.g., Meta CAPI, LinkedIn Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions; native integrations and webhooks/Zapier/Make). ● Build audience lists and lookalike/ADI seeds using third-party tools (Clay, Apollo; bonus: ZoomInfo/Clearbit/Reveal/6sense).

● Set up lead routing, dedupe, field mapping, and consent rules in HubSpot/Salesforce; monitor sync health and fix breaks fast.

● Maintain source-of-truth attribution dashboards tying channel → pipeline → revenue.

Analytics and optimization

● Define channel KPIs and dashboards.

● Use GA4, platform analytics, and CRM data to attribute pipeline/revenue.

● Run A/B tests to improve CVR, CPL, and ROAS; report insights and next steps. Project and team management

● Manage timelines, dependencies, and scope across designers, writers, and developers.

● A deliverables for accuracy, accessibility, SEO, tracking, and brand consistency.

● Keep ClickUp tickets current and stakeholders aligned.

What you have shipped

● 5+ years in growth/demand gen (agency or high-growth startup ideal).

● Demonstrable wins across at least three: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email/Lifecycle, CRO, Content.

● Built UTM frameworks, lead scoring models, and attribution reporting; proved impact on pipeline and revenue.

● Connected ads → CRM for real-time lead capture and feedback loops (Meta CAPI, LinkedIn CAPI, Google EC/OCI).

● Researched and built audiences (Clay, Apollo, or similar) and scaled lookalikes/ADI audiences from clean seed lists.

● Strong command of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and a modern CRM/automation stack (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce a plus).

● Comfortable managing websites/LPs with dev/design and working hands-on in CMS.

● Excellent client communication and account leadership. Nice to have

● Construction/industrials/manufacturing or other “non-glossy” B2B experience.

● Intent and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Reveal) and visitor ID.

● Basic SQL or BI (Looker/Data Studio/Power BI) and consent/privacy familiarity (GDPR/CCPA).
