Growth Marketing Specialist
We’re hiring a Growth Specialist who thrives on owning both strategy and execution,
leads with data, and proves ROI across channels. You’ll work within a nimble,
cross-functional pod where you drive growth initiatives from end to end — planning,
launching, optimizing, and reporting — with full accountability for performance.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker, performance
marketer, and data ops problem-solver — and who can write compelling copy and
manage campaigns exceeding $100,000 in spend.
What You’ll Do
Strategy, Planning, and Client Leadership
● Build quarterly growth plans with goals, budgets, roadmaps, and KPIs.
● Lead weekly client standups, manage expectations, and translate insights into action.
● Prioritize initiatives across SEO, paid media, email, content, and CRO based on
impact.
Acquisition and Lifecycle Marketing
● Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta — often
with budgets of $100K+.
● Own SEO from technical audits and IA to briefs, schema markup, and internal linking.
● Build and manage email/lifecycle programs: segmentation, nurtures, triggers,
re-engagement flows.
● Write conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and more.
● Develop and test landing pages and conversion strategies to improve lead volume
and quality.
Attribution, Tracking, and RevOps (Critical)
● Implement full-funnel lead tracking and lead scoring across systems (site → ad
platforms → CRM/marketing automation).
● Design and enforce UTM frameworks, campaign naming conventions, and QA
processes.
● Configure GA4, GTM, and conversion goals; set up offline conversion tracking and
API integrations.
● Connect ad platforms to CRM/automation tools (Meta CAPI, LinkedIn CAPI, Google
Enhanced Conversions) using native integrations and middleware (Zapier, Make,
etc.).
● Build audience lists and lookalikes using tools like Clay, Apollo, and (bonus)
ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, or Reveal.
● Own lead routing, deduplication, field mapping, and compliance in HubSpot or
Salesforce.
● Maintain attribution dashboards tying channel → pipeline → revenue.
Analytics and Optimization
● Define KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor performance across all channels.
● Attribute pipeline and revenue using GA4, ad platforms, and CRM data.
● Run A/B tests to improve CVR, CPL, and ROAS; share insights and next steps.
Project and Team Management
● Manage timelines, dependencies, and scope across internal and external
collaborators (designers, writers, developers).
● QA deliverables for accuracy, accessibility, SEO, tracking, and brand consistency.
● Keep ClickUp tickets and project documentation up to date for stakeholder visibility.
What You’ve Shipped
● 5+ years in growth or demand generation (agency or high-growth startup experience
ideal).
● Proven wins across at least three of the following: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social,
Email/Lifecycle, CRO, Content.
● Written persuasive, high-performing marketing copy across channels.
● Managed and optimized six-figure paid media budgets with positive ROI.
● Built UTM frameworks, lead scoring models, and attribution systems tied to revenue.
● Connected ad platforms to CRMs for real-time lead capture and feedback loops.
● Researched and built audience segments using Clay, Apollo, or similar tools.
● Strong skills in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and modern
CRM/automation stacks (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce a plus).
● Experience collaborating with design/dev teams on LPs and CMS-managed sites.
● Excellent communicator with clients and internal teams.
Nice to Have
● Experience in “non-glossy” B2B industries like construction, manufacturing, or
industrials.
● Familiarity with enrichment and intent tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, and
Reveal.
● Basic SQL or BI experience (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI).
● Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent best practices.
