About Lingopal
Lingopal is a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-powered language learning and communication. As we scale from Series A to Series B, we need sharp, proactive team members who can help execute critical business operations and ensure that high-priority tasks are completed with speed and precision.
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can source and close deals, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth—working proactively to turn conversations into contracts and long-term relationships. This is a high-impact role where initiative, persistence, and execution are essential.
Who We’re Looking For
This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about finding them, creating them, and owning the process end-to-end. We need a hunter, not just a closer. If you can source your own deals, establish key partnerships, plan high-impact events, and own the full sales cycle, this role is for you.
If you have experience in educational sales (EdTech, universities, training programs, or schools), that’s a huge plus, as many of our clients operate in this space. Understanding how to sell to academic institutions and training programs will give you an edge in developing key partnerships and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Prospecting – Identify, research, and build relationships with potential clients and partners. You must be able to source your own deals rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Sales Execution & Closing – Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to signed contract. Must know how to win over clients end-to-end.
- Partnership Development – Identify and establish partnerships that drive revenue growth and industry positioning.
- Product Demonstrations – Confidently deliver compelling sales demos that showcase Lingopal’s value.
- Event Planning & Industry Engagement – Organize and attend relevant industry events to expand Lingopal’s reach and source new opportunities.
- CRM & Pipeline Management – Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and leverage tools like HubSpot (a plus!) to stay organized and data-driven.
- Market Research & Competitive Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to refine messaging and positioning.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, AI, or language technology.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (any additional language is a plus).
- Proven ability to source and close your own deals—you’re a proactive self-starter who thrives on building from scratch.
- Experience running sales demos, negotiating contracts, and managing deals through CRM tools.
- Comfortable planning and executing events to drive lead generation and partnership development.
- Confident, persistent, and a natural relationship-builder—you know how to push when needed and close the deal.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in educational sales (EdTech, universities, training programs, or schools) is a huge plus.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where execution and follow-through are essential. If you’re a self-sufficient deal-maker who can drive revenue, build partnerships, and own your market, we want to hear from you.
