About the Role
We’re looking for a sales-first, revenue-obsessed Sales & Marketing Executive to join our core team. This isn’t a role where leads land in your inbox and you just follow a script. We need a go-getter who can create their own inbound, source their own pipeline, and turn cold conversations into closed deals.
You’ll have the autonomy to own the full sales cycle—from finding the opportunity to sealing the deal—and the opportunity to make a real, measurable impact on company growth. If you thrive on building your own book of business, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Own Revenue Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying, reaching out to, and converting new leads.
- Create Inbound Demand: Launch outreach campaigns, engage prospects on social media, drive email marketing efforts, and help design content that attracts leads.
- Source Your Own Deals: You're not waiting for leads—you’re finding them. Whether it's cold outreach, partnerships, LinkedIn, or events, you’re scrappy and strategic.
- Lead Sales from Start to Close: Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demos, proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Execute Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure high-value partnerships that contribute to top-line growth.
- Own Events & Industry Engagement: Host webinars, attend conferences, and create visibility for Lingopal in key sectors.
- CRM Management: Keep your pipeline clean, updated, and organized in HubSpot (or a similar CRM). Track activity, analyze performance, and forecast accurately.
- Market Intelligence: Know our competitors, understand customer pain points, and use that insight to shape your pitch and improve our go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, AI, or language/learning tech
- Proven success generating your own leads and closing deals from scratch—you’re both a hunter and a closer
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Strong demo skills: You can tailor your pitch, showcase value, and make prospects excited to buy
- Event & content-led sales experience: Comfortable planning webinars, speaking on panels, or driving content that generates leads
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills—you know how to sell consultatively and close decisively
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines and drive conversion
- Bonus: Experience selling to educational institutions (universities, training programs, K–12, etc.)
