Your mission with us:

As a Product Designer on Lingoda’s B2B team, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective experiences for both students and teachers. You will also help build internal tools that are pivotal to Lingoda as we scale our people, our business, and our products.

You will work in our cross multiple functional Pod, partnering with the Product Manager, engineers, and QA and be supported by our User Research and Product Analytics teams.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with multiple B2B teams, juggling priorities and context-switching as you move between projects
• Gather and synthesize requirements by proactively reaching out to stakeholders and asking clarifying questions
• Run stakeholder interviews and workshops across multiple teams to surface requirements, validate concepts, and iterate rapidly
• Translate complex processes into clear UX flows, user journeys, and interactive prototypes
• Balance strategic vision with technical feasibility, ensuring designs are both impactful and implementable
• Contribute to the enhancement of design processes within the organisation to optimise efficiency and quality
• Contribute to user stories and ensure that our engineering team has the appropriate designs, assets and guidelines to be able to develop the designs successfully
• Give and receive feedback in design critiques and product conversations. Pair-design to improve the work, ideate, and have fun together
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries at varying stages of maturity, bringing a sharp eye for visual & interaction design and a deep understanding of UI craft

You bring to Lingoda:

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• A curious mindset: you ask insightful questions and continuously seek to learn
• Proactivity and ownership—when you see an opportunity, you take the initiative
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
• Strong visual design, with an eye for detail and polish
• Strategic UX thinking: you connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cohesive solutions
• Experience with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, and UserTesting, among others
• An up-to-date portfolio that demonstrates your skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience in EdTech
• Experience designing B2B products and internal tools
• German proficiency is a plus
