We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and establish our brand as an industry leader.
About the Role
As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both creativity and analytical skills to deliver measurable results. You will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and drive demand. And you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale successful marketing programs from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- ABM Campaign Management: Support the development, execution, and optimization of Account-Based Marketing campaigns to target key accounts, drive engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including nurture flows, lead generation and customer communications.
- Social Media: Develop and execute paid social campaigns, and oversee organic social posting and monitoring to engage with the audience and drive traffic.
- Event Management: Support in the planning, promotion and execution of webinars, regional field marketing events and conferences.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives; build and maintain HubSpot dashboards.
- Sales Enablement/Support: Assist in developing product marketing materials, collateral and sales enablement content.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and follow-up processes. Facilitate effective handoff and tracking of leads.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn ads, RollWorks (or other ABM platforms) & Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, with hands-on experience in ABM, demand generation, social media marketing, and content marketing
- Strong track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Managing website content in HubSpot
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
